Please note as of June 2020 all bookings now require a credit card on file for our cancellation policy (listed below). If you refuse to leave a credit card number (or e-transfer a 25% down payment for those who don’t have a credit card) your booking will be refused. We realize many of our clients have been coming to our spa for years & are loyal clients but we must apply the same rules for everyone. No exceptions.
For group bookings & packages we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 75% of your services. This rule will apply regardless of your reason for cancelling; no exceptions. Leaving messages after hours will still result in a cancellation fee.
For smaller, single service bookings we require you to cancel or reschedule no later than 6:00pm the day prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of your services. This rule will apply regardless of your reason for cancelling; no exceptions. Leaving messages after hours will still result in a cancellation fee.
For Ayurvedic Services we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 75% of your services. This rule will apply regardless of your reason for cancelling; no exceptions. Leaving messages after hours will still result in a cancellation fee.
For any booking you do not show up for without notifying us you will not be coming, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of your service(s).

Gift Certificate Policy
Over time the prices of services can sometimes increase or are changed/no longer offered.
In the case of a price change, Gift Certificates purchased for specific services will be honored at the original price for up to 1 year. Anything past 1 year the client will be responsible for paying the price difference.
In the case of a Gift Certificate for a service that is no longer offered, the client may still use the dollar value of the Certificate towards any other services or retail products in the spa. Our receptionists can gladly inform you of the dollar value on your Certificate.
Our Gift Certificates do not expire. However, any purchased prior to 2013 will no longer be valid as this is when Namaste opened under new ownership and became an entirely new business. Unfortunately we cannot honor any Certificates that were sold under the previous owner.
